As a Customer Support Representative with ELVTR, you will deliver top-notch customer service, utilizing excellent interpersonal and time management skills, while focusing on areas of improvement. While a background as a customer service or technical support representative is beneficial, we will consider individuals from any and all other professions. We are looking for tenacious individuals who are ardent to acquire new skills, relish customer interaction, but most importantly, want to provide a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our students and instructors to discuss and support their needs via email and online chat;
  • Facilitate and provide support to our instructors and students during our live classes delivered via Zoom;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve students’ issues and concerns via email and online chat;
  • Setting up the CRM system for the new courses
  • Reaching out to our customers via phone in the beginning/mid/ending of the course;

Job Requirements:

  • Working schedule: 10 am till 6 pm (PST)
  • Outstanding English communication skills;
  • General comfort navigating online software platforms, such as G-Suite, Google Calendar and Zoom, required;
  • Strong technical aptitude as well as troubleshooting and technical support experience;
  • A friendly and professional demeanor for superior customer interactions;
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • Meticulous attention to details;
  • Outgoing, energetic, upbeat and fun personality;
