Fold’s Community Manager will help build brand awareness and loyalty within our online community. This role will be the first point of contact for fans and followers online, and will hold responsibility for establishing trust with the community.
How You’ll Have an Impact On our Community
- Manage the day-to-day Fold community engagement across Discord, Twitter, Medium, and other platforms, including proactively contributing to community knowledge base about Fold, products and relevant updates
- Develop the v1 playbook for how community management takes shape at Fold, including best practices, engagement, initiatives, and events
- Create the framework for recruiting and onboarding our first community moderators
- Capture and synthesize community-sourced feedback and bug reports to share with the larger team
- Vet and implement bots/automations/tooling to drive growth and scale our community
- Collaborate closely with growth on retention strategies, campaigns, and other marketing-related tasks
- Integrate with our support team to manage community support requests and allow for more efficiencies
- Liaise with the whole Fold team in order to understand marketing initiatives, product developments, and other information necessary for brand consistency
- Other duties as assigned
