Overview
We are in search of a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will lead our digital marketing campaigns, website operations and social media, interfacing with our marketing, recruitment, and sales teams to drive B2B lead generation and B2C candidate traffic for our Returner programs.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Own reacHIRE’s digital presence, executing, monitoring, reporting, and optimizing to keep reacHIRE top of search results and efficiently reaching target markets.
- Develop, manage and track campaign budgets to deliver highest ROI.
- Develop effective targeting strategy across all channels to find potential candidates (B2C) and drive B2B lead generation.
- Work creatively and collaboratively across multiple teams to build digital programs that align with brand, budget and business objectives
- A big plus: ability to drive social media engagement, create content (captions, posts, landing page copy), and/or record/edit video
- Develop, execute, and measure demand generation strategy and plans across all digital platforms (website, SEO/SEM, social media, display, email campaigns, etc)
- Develop and optimize SEM campaigns across multiple search engines and manage budgets and bidding of CPC keywords
- Implement a rigorous ad testing program, aiming to continuously launch, analyze, optimize, and scale high performing creative and tactics.
- Optimize website to increase conversion rates including content, CTAs, UX/UI, video, landing pages, lead capture forms, etc.
- Track and optimize conversion rates to deliver on business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on strategy, customer acquisition, social media, SEM/SEO, website management, analytics, and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field required
- Fluency and/or certification in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field required
- Strong understanding of inbound and content marketing strategies, web technologies and end-to-end marketing ecosystems
- Ability to create and manage digital activation plans
- Ability to develop dashboards to analyze KPIs, create end-to-end reporting and measure ROI.
