As a frontend engineer on our team, you will be working with modern JavaScript technologies to visualize, manage, and deploy computer-vision solutions on embedded devices. You will also get to work with the latest in IoT connectivity technology as we scale up to thousands of connected devices. You will be working with a world-class team of engineers to deploy a new wave of AI products that work out-of-the-box across domains without weeks or months of data collection.
Recent projects for this role include:
- Developing a system to overlay pose data over video frames using HTML5 Canvas APIs
- Building a live video capture system using WebSockets
- Creating a device provisioning and management system from scratch
- Implementing a browser-based UX to label thousands of video frames
An ideal candidate would:
- Have strong experience with building modern single-page applications using React, Redux, and HTML5
- Have experience defining and integrating with RESTful APIs
- Have an eye for product design
- Have a willingness to learn quickly and work with technologies outside of their comfort zone
- Be passionate about AI and is ready to take risks in a fast-paced startup environment
