Who we are
Circles Live is a remote only health and fitness startup founded in 2019. We've built a new kind of online platform that helps yoga, fitness and meditation teachers to live stream their classes and earn revenue from monthly subscriptions. We launched an early version of our platform last year to great success and we've now raised $3.7M from top tier venture capital firms. We’re working on bringing the Circles Live platform to millions of people and to achieve this we’re now looking for a Head of Growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead all of our user and teacher acquisition efforts. This means expanding on our existing growth channels but also finding new growth and distribution channels
- Your main metric will be the number of acquired users and teachers each month
- Manage a five to six figure monthly marketing/growth budget
- Report directly to the CEO
- You will be the first person on the growth team but as the platform grows we’ll expand the growth team which you will lead
What makes a good fit?

Experience. Proven track record of growing at least one product to significant scale before. You’ll be the most senior growth person on the team so experience is important. Preferably you have experience in both B2C and B2B as Circles Live is a marketplace for both.

Analytical. You know how to track, draw insights and make decisions based on quality data.

Doer. You’ll get things done on your own no matter the task.

Passion. You're passionate about fitness, yoga and/or meditation.
