Holstee is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented communicator to help us with customer support and some marketing needs.
In this role you will be tasked with:

- Drafting, formatting, and sending marketing emails

Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide delightful customer service using a casual and personable communication style. Respond to customer emails on business and order-related inquiries. Calling back customers who have left a voicemail. Ideally you are able to log in and respond to customer requests twice a day, in the morning and again in the evening.

Email Marketing: Prepare campaigns in our email marketing platform Klaviyo twice a month. This includes drafting and editing copy, selecting photos, and ensuring that the right content goes to the right recipient.

Community Engagement: Draft and select content for posts to our community Facebook group. Engage with responses and encourage interaction among members.

Product and System Knowledge: In order to do this job well, you will need to learn about our existing products and internal processes. We will provide as much documentation as we can, but a natural curiosity will be very helpful in tying it all together.

Location: Remote - anywhere in North America

Commitment: This is a part-time position. We are looking for candidates that can commit to the role for at least 6 months but ideally interested in staying in this role for longer. The role is hourly, and we expect it to range between 5 to 10 hours a week. This role requires someone who can commit to a minimum of one hour per day, 5 days a week.
