The role
We are looking for an SEO Content Strategist to join our team and help build the future of work! In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end SEO and content strategy to help us rapidly grow organic traffic channels to attract both remote developers and hiring managers. You’ll strategize high-impact campaigns, execute them with support from the team, report on results achieved, and continue to optimize. This role is an optional 100% remote role, and reports to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and full ownership the execute Arc’s SEO content strategy, while working across teams (growth, product, marketing, design)
- Perform actionable site audits, competitive analysis, keyword research, backlink audits and campaigns, on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and other SEO deliverables
- Manage high-output editorial workflow and operations through freelance assignments
- Publish new content and optimize existing blog posts and landing pages
- Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports to develop and recommend comprehensive SEO strategies
- Keep up to date with SEO, search engine, and internet marketing industry trends and developments to ensure Arc retains a competitive edge
- Support Arc's content marketing initiatives, including as necessary producing content
Must-haves:
- 2+ years experience as an SEO Strategist or similar role
- In-depth experience with using standard industry SEO research and optimization tools (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Analytical skills to dig into website data and track content performance
- Excellent communication and writing skills
