The customer success of Poptin is one of the main pillars for our growth. We are looking for someone to join our support team as our first onboarding rep for new big clients. The job includes scheduling demos with new users, answer questions via email, help users to get started and achieve better results. Also, from time to time you will need to create tutorials and guides, collect and present user feedback to the team, and influence development priorities and future roadmap.
The job is remote, you can work from anywhere as long as the timezone makes sense :)

- Schedule demos with new users and potential clients (Zoom, Google Meet, AnyDesk)
- Work hand in hand with our technical support team
- Answer daily users' questions via live chat

- Update tutorials and user guides
- Collect and present user feedback to the Poptin team
- Influence development priorities and future roadmaps
