Tecnical support specialist jobs



Full-time, remote, long-term (equipment is provided)
Only candidates from Ukraine.
Working schedule: 15.30-00.00

Mandatory Requirements:
- good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate +);
- basic technical knowledge
- Ukrainian citizenship (applicants with a temporary resistance permit will be rejected)

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide telephone, e-mail support;
• Troubleshooting hardware and network issues;
• Follow up on outstanding user issues via the ticket system (system Jira)
• Troubleshoot end user hardware/software (80% first call resolution required), escalate to Hardware team what cannot be resolved by 1st level;
• To keep a knowledge-base/FAQ so that other teams can provide resolutions to regular/new
