Обязанности
— Prequalify incoming leads: receive email and calls, talk to prospects, find out their needs and pains
— Identify if the lead can be a candidate to become a PortaOne customer
— Document the findings
— Assist Customer Success Managers in daily routines by taking over the ongoing communication with existing accounts
